Alex changed his career path and went back to uni to become a physio in order to help people become the best and most healthy version of themselves.
Alex is an olympic weightlifter and enjoys cardio (when his coach is not looking!)
He loves working with people who train with a purpose, whether that be staying active to enjoy time with kids or working towards a performance goal.
Alex believes there is always something we can do to work towards your goals - we just need to find out what that is!
